Just dropping a note to wish everyone a festive Mardi Gras weekend. It’s largely been a dark and cold January and February here in Baton Rouge and between that and coping with the end of the football season, with its ready made weekends of food, friends and fun, it’s good to have one of the biggest parties on the planet to look forward to and help usher in Spring’s arrival.
